WP 1 | Project Management

The objective of this work package is to ensure the project meets all contractual commitments and coordinates activities to achieve expected outcomes through effective project management, progress monitoring, resource and risk management, and quality assurance.

WP 2 | Requirements Engineering & Deployment of CRA Compliance Wizard for Connected Devices

The main objective of this work package is to develop a CRA guided wizard for connected devices to support the needs of various stakeholder under the Cyber Resilience Act.

WP 3 | System integration

This work package serves as a validation to extensibility of the Wizard and the ability to make the technology available to a wider audience via additional portals and frameworks.

WP3 Lead: Centre for Technological Support, Development & Innovation (KETYAK)

 WP 4 | Development of Certification Scheme

This work package aims to ensure alignment with recognized certification schemes and, where needed, to develop new ones. It focuses on actively monitoring and contributing to the development of EU-recognized technical cybersecurity standards for the Cyber Resilience Act.

WP4 Lead: 7LAYERS A BUREAU VERITAS (BV)

WP 5 | Evaluation and validation

This work package will focus on validating the CRACoWi’s effectiveness and utility through a series of case studies. These case studies cover a broad range of scenarios to meet the needs of all stakeholders, demonstrating CRACoWi’s capabilities and testing the limits of the Compliance Wizard in specialized situations.

WP 6 | Communication, Dissemination and Capacity Building

This work package focuses on:

  • promoting CRACoWi’s efforts through targeted communication, raising awareness of EU cybersecurity strategies across Europe
  • building a strong ecosystem for cybersecurity by engaging with a broad network of stakeholders, including industry players and SMEs
  • collaboration with other EU-funded initiatives to create synergies and align with broader EU cybersecurity goals
  • coordinating of the delivery of broad-scale capacity building actions (both physically and digitally) to enhance understanding and implementation of cybersecurity measures.
